Meanwhile, Blair and Dan attempt to consummate their new relationship, but unexpected roadblocks get in their way. Serena takes over the role of Gossip Girl after receiving Georgina's package, but learns that the job is trickier than she thought. Elsewhere, Ivy believes she has found an ally in William in her quest to be accepted into high society on the Upper East Side. Lily tries to adjust to living in Brooklyn at the Humphrey loft with Rufus until the war against Ivy is settled. Lola decides to help her family, seeing as they are all she has left. Also, Nate is hopeful that a new investor will save his newspaper Spectator. The episode concludes with the real Gossip Girl ready to resume her post, and requesting that Serena give the site back.

Serena is forced to choose between her family and a potential romance with Ben. Chuck and Lily’s relationship on the other hand is still strained as a consequence of Lily’s betrayal yet the love that bound them was still hidden on their eyes. Gossip Girl Season 4 Episode 13: Damien Darko is considered as the much awaited episode for this year. Fans are now eager to see the next teen drama as well as new exciting stories. It was reported that this episode will focus on Blair who is ecstatic to land an internship at W Magazine to further claw her way up the ranks to be a ruling CEO, but Blair's egoistical thrill quickly fades when she finds out that Dan has secured one of the coveted positions as well.

Blair is one of our favorite characters on this show and we don’t want to miss her burst-out. She really knows how to tickle our mind by simply showing who she is. Meanwhile, Chuck may have finally met his match with Russell Thorpe, and his daughter Raina, when they announce that they are the new owners of Bass Industries and plot to oust Chuck and everyone he knows following the takeover. Also, Nate receives alarming news about his father’s business prospects when he learns that the Captain and Russell are working together for some nefarious purpose.

This is getting exciting. Our Monday night (January 31, 2011) will surely be at heat knowing how great this upcoming episode is.
