Snob, arrogant, impossible, that are only few qualities you will say once you meet the medical genius of Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital, Dr. Gregory House. If life is full of sounds and chit-chat, House preferred to stay on his box where he is the boss. He did not talk much yet when there’s a change that he could throw punch line, better be ready because it wasn’t that good as how your dessert taste like. But despite of being a man of arrogance, snows luck of sympathy to his patients, House is still the best Doctor in town.
If others depend on the medical theory of the books, House only believes on his own findings. He don’t need to read those bunch of pages from medical books to learn anything because on his special way he can simply deals with medical problems.

Along the way they travel to a spud-gun competition so House can do battle with a younger rival. Meanwhile, the team must find a cure for a science teacher suffering from respiratory distress whose house is filled with junk, and Taub tries his hand at dating.
